I have made various national and international experiences. My focus lays in light Mediterranean menus but one of my specialties is also fine traditional food. I am looking forward to a new challenge and to a great new team!<\/p>\n<p>Standing in the kitchen daily, surprising and spoiling you with traditional or new creations. This is not just a job to me, this is also my passion.<\/p>\n<p>That is why freshness and quality are the most important priorities for me, entailing bargaining with our suppliers daily.
