In 1990 I started my apprenticeship as a restaurant manageress, which I successfully completed after 3 years. Subsequently, I did further training as a hotel manageress. After my apprenticeships, I worked as a restaurant manager for 15 years before I decided to switch to the hotel business. There I specialized in housekeeping, where I have been working for over 10 years.
