The summer and family party starts at 4pm with a diverse entertainment programme for kids: Bouncy castle, face painting, mini golf tournament, creative corner and a magic show and more. And of course, the hotel\u00b4s mascot \u201cSunny the clown and our pirate \u201cHinkefu\u00df\u201d (peg leg) will be there as well.<\/p>\n

From 5pm onwards our three musicians \u201cJuicy Fruits\u201d for a musical atmosphere. There will be a barbeque, coffee and cake, and of course cold drink of all sorts. Another highlight of the evening will be the cocktail show \u2013 presented by the restaurant manager and his team.<\/p>\n

Renovation measures<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>

The Hotel Panoramic underwent many renovations in the first half of this year and modernised 20 rooms. The planning for the constructions to build new Superior hotel rooms and Superior apartments started at the end of 2015 already. \u201cFrom the start we included wishes and ideas from different employees from different departments and from our guests\u201d, says the managing director Matthias Seidel. The renovation measures started on 08.02.2016 and finished on 24.03.2016. The first new hotel room were ready to stay in. \u201cOur harmonic colour scheme with its warm natural colours creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms also offer a stunning view from the 14th<\/sup> and 13th<\/sup> floor in building I. A combination of modernity and a Harz regional and typical style lets our guests forget their everyday stress during their stay. We want our guests to feel happy the second they get here\u201d, says management assistant Janine Holzigel. That is how 16 \u2018Superior\u2019 hotel room and 4 \u2018Superior\u2019 apartments were built. The Panoramic adjusted to the booking trend and renovated according to that: 85% of the guests tend to book arrangements which include food and services, therefore, the demand for apartments including a fully-equipped kitchen to cook food for yourself falls short. The construction of the superior hotel rooms has many advantages for our hotel guests: The space is as big as an apartment and the guests profit from daily cleaning service. The space of 48 square metres is especially interesting for our target group of families.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost of the constructions were operated by local construction companies. It is important to us to support regional businesses and to maintain a long and good cooperation. The investment amount of the renovations totals c. \u20ac400,000 of equity\u201d, adds the Panoramic hotel’s director Mr Mahn. On the 12th <\/sup>of August more guided tours through the new areas are planned as well as through the public spaces of the hotel.<\/p>\n

Moreover, a new a la carte restaurant \u201cGl\u00fcck auf\u201d under the restaurant manager Herr Capar opened on 07.07.2016 in the hotel. This way, guests and other visitors have the chance to try various seasonal and regional creations of our master chef served within a lovely atmosphere. The \u201cGl\u00fcck auf\u201d opens Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the kitchen is open from 6pm until 9pm. You are more than welcome to book a table by phone 0049 (0) 5524-960. Furthermore, the Panoramic Hotel has had a successful year: The hotel was recertified in spring 2016 as the \u201cQualit\u00e4tsgastgeber\u201d (qualitative host) by the association \u2018Wanderbares Deutschland\u2019. The German hiking association sets with the seal \u201cQualit\u00e4tsgastgeber Wanderbares Deutschland\u201d national quality standards and awards the businesses to be especially suitable for hiking holidays. Moreover, the apartment hotel was again awarded with the \u201cHolidaycheck Quality Selection 2016 certificate\u201d \u2013 based on the constantly high guest satisfaction and the amount we have been recommended on the internet. An important milestone of 2015 was set: the Hotel Panoramic was awarded with the certification \u201cServiceQualit\u00e4t Deutschland Stufe II\u201d (service quality in Germany level II). Only 13 hotels in Lower Saxony have met this quality level. Thereby, the hotel will participate along with 3,500 other businesses at the national imitative to improve the service quality in Germany.<\/p>\n
