Here’s how it works
1. Automatic Classification
No registration is required. Your stays over the past 10 years are taken into account for classification in our Loyalty Program.
2. Exclusive to Direct Bookers
The frequent guest discount applies exclusively to direct bookings made through our website, as well as to bookings made by phone or email.
3. Request Your Status via Email
Simply contact us by email at stammgast@panoramic-hotel.de to inquire about your current bonus tier.
4. Automatic Notification of Status Changes
As soon as you reach a different status level, we will automatically notify you by email after your departure. The loyalty program stores and manages data from the last ten years to provide an overview of participants’ activities and benefits.

- What do I need to keep in mind?
The discount is redeemable only for services (lodging and meals) provided by Panoramic Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG
Valid only for pre-booked meal services
Not valid for additional services (including on-site services and extras)
Not valid for the massage and physical therapy practice Vital & Magic Harmony GbR
Not valid for the visitor’s tax
The loyalty discount applies only to personal travel and is not valid for groups, corporate travelers, or business travelers.
The loyalty discount is personal and non-transferable.
The loyalty discount cannot be redeemed for cash.
Cannot be combined with Hexentaler vouchers or Hexentaler vouchers that have already been issued.
The regular guest discount cannot be redeemed for bookings during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period.
- General Terms and Conditions
The loyalty program applies exclusively to new bookings made effective immediately. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
Your discount code is exclusively linked to your loyalty status and is therefore non-transferable.
Regular guest status applies exclusively to the preceding 10 consecutive years and can only be granted for the regular guest’s apartment or room.
We will verify your current eligibility before your arrival. If your status has changed in the meantime, we will adjust the discount accordingly.
Please make sure that your reservations are always made under the same name and email address.
