There is some news that we are particularly pleased about: Hotel Panoramic was once again awarded the “Service Quality Germany – Level II” certificate in April. This award is a strong sign that we not only offer our guests a comfortable environment, but also continuously work on the quality of our services.

Service Quality Germany – Level II: Awarded for the second time

We were awarded Level II of ServiceQualität Deutschland for the first time in 2018. At the time, it was a major milestone for us and an incentive to permanently anchor our quality promise in our everyday work. Now – six years later – we have received this award again. This confirms our daily commitment and shows that we are on the right track.

What is behind the award?

The ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative has a clear objective: to improve service quality in the German tourism and service industry. Level II is far more than just a theoretical seal. It requires a systematic examination of internal processes, guest satisfaction, employee motivation and improvement processes. For us, this means that we regularly scrutinize our processes, take constructive feedback seriously and work continuously on optimizations.

A joint success

The renewed certification would not have been possible without the daily commitment of our team. Whether at reception, in service, in gastronomy or in housekeeping – everyone contributes to making our guests feel welcome and to making our quality standards visible and tangible. The award is therefore a success that we have achieved as a team – and one that we are happy to share with you, our guests.
