Das Panoramic Hotel wurde mit dem Zertifikat „ServiceQualität Deutschland Stufe II“ im Juli 2015 ausgezeichnet

 

The “Q“ is the seal for service quality in Germany. The focus of “Service Qualität Deutschland Stufe II” (service quality Germany level II) lays in the conscious evaluation of the quality of the management and service. This way, weaknesses can be noticed and a way to improvement of the service quality can be introduced.

The Hotel Panoramic in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz region was awarded with the certificate “ServiceQualität Deutschland Stufe II” in July 2015. Only 13 hotels in Lower Saxony have reached this level of quality. Thereby, the hotel will participate along with 3,500 other businesses at the national imitative to improve the service quality in Germany. The aim is to exceed the guest´s expectations and to improve its own competitiveness. Businesses which decide to get one of these certifications particularly value a quality and guest orientated way of working as well as a constant improvement of their offers.
